Call for Speakers - Agile Tour 2009 Montreal

The Montréal Agile Tour is seeking for speakers for its first event with the Agile Tour organization.

About the Agile Tour

The Agile Tour is a series of non-profit events occurring in several cities throughout October 2009. The main objectives of the Agile Tour are to federate the practitioners of Agility, to promote Agility, to share the same vision, and to support its adoption. The events will be held in Canada, France, Switzerland, Luxembourg, China and the USA.

Montréal Agile Tour Programme

The objective is to offer a dozen of presentations.

Mary Poppendieck already accepted to be the keynote speaker. Mary is a leader of the Agile community and is the co-author of the following books: "Lean Software Development" and "Implementing Lean Software Development".

We are looking for speakers to register to the Montréal Agile Tour. The deadline is September 1, 2009.

Suggested topics

The topics of your presentation may be any of the following:
  • Introduction to Agility
  • Agile Development, Planning, and Architecture
  • Agile Project Management and Agile Governance
  • Agile Teams and Coaching
  • Companies using Agile and Experience Reports
Presentations may last 45 or 90 minutes (including question and answer period).

Target Audience

All companies and individuals who want to learn more about Agility and meet with the Agile practitioners in their region.
