Many say agile provides the tools for teams to "build the right product". Interestingly though, traditional agile planning practices can focus teams deeply in the minutiae of tiny context-free user stories, losing the "Big Picture" of where the product really wants to go and what it really needs to do. In this session we'll take a quick look at how "project chartering", "story mapping", and "planning to iterate" can help teams ensure they don't iterate their way to the wrong product.
