Call For Sponsors

Last year, for its first edition, Agile Tour attracted 800 people in 7 cities in France and Switzerland. This sucess encouraged us to organize Agile Tour 2009 to amplify this new form of communication, called Mass Communication, that will show what agilists can do to change their work environment.

For this second year, we launch a call for sponsoring for the Agile Tour events. It's an opprotunity to support a non-profit movement that will show your company side by side with the agile community. We propose you two ways of sponsoring:
  • Image and notoriety: National support, Worlwide support and agile tools.
  • Proximity: Local support.

Big picture of the event

Our goals are:
  • Massively promote agility
    Our primary mission is to conduct a 'Mass Communication' about our development practices throughout the month of October. We want to communicate everywhere there is an audience in order to attract massive attention to our new professional approach.
  • Share our visions of agility
    Since agility is constantly evolving, we want to be open to new horizons while also contributing our understanding, interpretation and ideas to the agile community.
  • Federate
    Encourage leadership in all regions of the world in the agile arena, while being consistent with agile culture and self-organization.
  • Support
    Assist our colleagues and local businesses in their adoption of agility

Budget

Agile Tour stops will be free (or low cost), so sponsoring is the main way to finance this event.

Collected funds will be shared between local and national associations to organize Agile Tour 2009. For example, in France, Agile France will manage the funds for most French conferences. The overpayment - if any - will be used to organize other Agile events.

Levels of sponsoring

  • World & National: a sponsorship level for organizations that wish to be seen as supporters of Agile on a global/national stage
  • Local: a sponsorship level that caters to businesses who wish to be recognized as local actors in the agile arena
  • Mass Mailing & Marketing : Sponsoring oriented marketing.
  • Media : a reward for the media to support and publicize our event

World Sponsor

15000 € / $21000

  • Logo and link on the global Agile Tour 2009 website for one year
  • Logo and link on global communication emails
  • Quick sponsor presentation on the Agile Tour 2009 site
  • Logo display on physical sites
  • Goodies and/or advertisement flyer in participant’s bags (when possible) (1)
  • Authorization to use the World Sponsor AT logo for marketing/corporate purposes for one year
World Sponsors will be able to choose specific sponsorship of one of the following: (4)
  • Sponsoring of the writing pads (that will be distributed at all Agile Tour sites) Sponsoring des blocs-notes distribués sur tous les sites
  • Agile Tour 2009 T-shirt , personalized with Sponsor's Logo
  • Agile Coach and Agile Tour T-shirt , personalized with Sponsor's Logo
  • Logo on planning poker cards (that will be distributed at all Agile Tour sites)
  • Logo on all the pencil (that will be distributed at all Agile Tour sites)
  • Logo on all the bags (that will be distributed at all Agile Tour sites)
  • Sponsoring of the videos (Consult us for this option: +10000 euros/+$14000).
Depending on the local event:

Agile Tool Sponsor

5000 € / $7000

This sponsoring is dedicated for the Agile Tools.
  • Logo and link on the global Agile Tour 2009 website for one year
  • Logo and link on global communication emails
  • Quick sponsor presentation on the Agile Tour 2009 site
  • Logo display on physical sites
  • Goodies and/or advertisement flyer in participant’s bags (when possible) (1)
  • Authorization to use the "Agile Tool Sponsor" and/or "Agile Software Sponsor" AT logo for marketing/corporate purposes for one year

National Sponsor

3000 € / $4200

  • Logo and link on the global Agile Tour 2009 website for one year
  • Logo and link on national communication emails
  • Quick sponsor presentation at the Agile Tour 2009 site
  • Logo display at Agile Tour stops
  • Goodies and/or advertisement flyer in participant’s bags (when possible) (1)
  • Authorization to use the National Sponsor AT logo for marketing/corporate purposes medias for one year
Depending on the local event:
  • Exhibitor's Stand (3)

Local Sponsor

1000 € / $1400

  • Logo and link on the local website
  • Logo and link on local communication emails
  • Goodies and/or advertisement flyer in participant’s bags (when possible)
  • Authorization to use the AT Local Sponsor logo for marketing/corporate purposes for one year
Depending on the local event:
  • Exhibitor's Stand (3)

Global Mass Marketing

10000 € / $14000

  • Free communication to the recorded attendees who accepted to receive the sponsor messages

Push Mass Mailing

2000 € / $2800

  • Communication in twice according to a calendar established together (only for to recorded attendees who accepted to receive the sponsor messages).

Media Sponsor

  • Logo and link on the local or global website depending on the significance of the work done
  • Logo and link on local communication emails
  • Goodies and/or advertisement flyer in participant’s bags (when possible)
  • Authorization to use the Media Sponsor AT logo for marketing/corporate purposes medias for one year

(1) The manufacturing and logistics for sending Goodies or platelets are at the expense of the Sponsor. If this option interests you, the postal addresses will be provided later.
(2) All logos will be distributed in vectorized mode for better printing.
(3) The stands are subject to availability of space in the local event. In some cities, they are restricted only available for local sponsorship.
(4) You can combine several exclusives. For example, you can propose to take the exclusive Agile Coach Cap with the Pens. To adjust the price, we ask you have to talk with the event management.
